Terms of Service

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration information. Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and any connected Pinterest account.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Current plan: 3-day free trial, then $5/month for up to 300 scheduled pins per month.
• Billing is processed by Stripe and renews automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case where required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the services for unlawful content, spam, scraping, or infringing activities.
• You must comply with Pinterest's terms and policies when publishing or scheduling pins.
• Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, or interfere with service operation.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of images, titles, descriptions, and links you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content as needed to operate the services, including sending it to Pinterest when you schedule pins.
• You confirm you have rights to the content you upload or schedule.

Third-Party Services

We rely on Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (billing), Pinterest (publishing), and Netlify (hosting and functions). Your use of those platforms may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MerivoFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold MerivoFlow harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

Termination

• You may stop using the services and cancel your subscription at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, non-payment, security risks, or legal requirements. We may also remove content that violates these Terms or Pinterest policies.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Disputes will be handled in courts with appropriate jurisdiction in the United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
